Domain Name Registration:
At the customer's request, IES will assist in registering the customer's preferred domain name on our customer's behalf by registering customer as the owner of the name and/or the administrative contact. If the customer wants, we will register the customer as all the other contacts such as technical contact and billing contact. When the domain name approaches its expiration date, the registrar will notify most contacts to remind of renewal. If there is no specific renewal request made by the domain name owner, IES does not voluntarily renew the domain. IES highly recommends that the domain name owner go to the registrar's web site to renew the name by themselves. Consequently, the domain name owner will be responsible for keeping the domain name renewed and current with the registrar. |
